Fixed Lump Sums. The Price Is the Price.
No per-cubic-metre rates, no hourly meters, no “from” games on the truck loads. One thing worth knowing when you compare: our full truck is a genuine 10 m³ — most operators advertising a “full truck” are running 6–8 m³. That, the licence and the dockets are why we’re not the cheapest ad on your feed.

All prices include GST and assume household contents up to one tonne. Heavier loads are charged at $495 per tonne (inc GST) on the excess, evidenced by weighbridge docket. Asbestos, strip-out, defit and make-good are quoted to the job.
Access
Prices assume normal access. Five flights of stairs, a rear lane or a long carry — tell us and the fixed quote allows for it before we start, not on the day.
What’s in the load
General contents are simple. Fibro, mould-damaged material or biohazard fractions are handled under licence and priced as their own line — never hidden in the load.
Same-day where we can
Crews run between scheduled jobs across Sydney, so a morning call is often a same-day load — and if today genuinely can’t happen, we say so on the phone.

Half of Sydney’s garages, sheds and under-house piles are older than 1990 — which means fibro turns up in clean-outs all the time. A general rubbish crew has to stop right there. We’re a licensed asbestos and demolition contractor that does clean-outs, so the job keeps going, legally and properly.

Every load is sorted as it’s carried: furniture and whitegoods with life left in them are donated where possible, metal, timber, cardboard and e-waste go to recycling, and only what’s genuinely spent goes to a licensed facility — with a docket to show for it. Do you do same-day rubbish removal in Sydney?
Often, yes. Our crews run between scheduled jobs across Sydney, so a morning call can frequently be a same-day load — and if today genuinely can’t happen, we say so on the phone and lock in the next slot rather than leaving you guessing.
What do you take?
Almost everything: furniture, whitegoods, mattresses, e-waste, green waste, garage and shed contents, office furniture and renovation debris. And the loads most rubbish crews refuse — bonded asbestos and fibro, mould-damaged material and biohazard — handled as licensed work with the right containment and disposal, not thrown in a general load.
Is there anything you won’t take?
Loose fuels, gas bottles and bulk liquid chemicals need their own disposal stream — we’ll tell you exactly where they go. Paint tins and household chemicals found during a clean-out are separated out for the correct stream rather than carted as general waste. And friable (Class A) asbestos is beyond our Class B licence: if we find it, we stop and point you to the correct licensed path.

Off the published grid on this page — fixed lump sums from $495 inc GST for a small load up to $3,520 for a full house clearance, with deceased estates and hoarding priced from a visit. No per-cubic-metre rates and no hourly meters: you get one written fixed price before we start, and it doesn’t move on the day.
Why do some operators advertise a cheaper “full truck”?
Because most “full trucks” in Sydney rubbish ads are 6–8 m³. Ours is a genuine 10 m³ truck, and the price includes a licensed crew, sorting for donation and recycling, and disposal dockets. Compare the price per cubic metre — and what happens if fibro turns up in your pile — and the maths comes out our way.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes — every price on this page includes GST. The grid assumes household contents up to one tonne; genuinely heavy loads (soil, tiles, renovation rubble) are charged at $495 per tonne inc GST on the excess, evidenced by the weighbridge docket, and we tell you before we load, not after.
Why not just wait for the council clean-up?
Council kerbside collections are great for what they cover: a limited pile, on a scheduled date, of accepted items only — no building waste, no fibro, no contaminated material, and it can sit on your kerb for days. We come when you call, take the lot in one go, and leave dockets showing where it went.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. HazWreck is a licensed demolition and asbestos contractor — SafeWork NSW Class B licence AD214755 — fully insured including mould and biohazard work, and CM3 prequalified, so property and building managers can engage us without a separate WHS onboarding.
