Aviation · delivered for Hicon Building
Overnight strip-out and demolition inside the T1 international terminal, overnight ceiling access openings in the arrivals hall for a roof drainage upgrade, a fence removal at Hangar 3 mobilised in under 24 hours, and a buried asbestos-coated water main in the airport precinct.

Building services · repeat client
Repeat night works in occupied CBD office towers on Pitt Street: a tenancy strip-out, plus ceiling and wall cut-outs with access panels installed so services could be reached. Also an office relocation from Bondi Junction to Surry Hills.
Fitness · two clubs
Gladesville: licensed asbestos removal, strip-out, demolition and adhesive grinding for a full gym conversion, including the asbestos nobody expected behind the walls. Manly Vale: strip-out and floor demolition, on site now.
Fitness · Penrith
Six consecutive night shifts of strip-out and structural demolition, load-bearing walls included, inside a gym that opened every morning as normal. About 40 tonnes removed.
Retail tenancies · Penrith and Miranda
Westfield Penrith: retail defit of the York Jewellers tenancy for its lease make-good, worked to the centre’s contractor rules. Westfield Miranda: a travel agency tenancy stripped back to base building in a single overnight shift.
Shopping centre · delivered for Millennial Constructions
A run of works through the centre’s refurbishment: licensed asbestos removal in two bathroom demolition sections, concrete walkway and driveway demolition, construction hoarding removal and a rooftop rubbish clear-out.

Basement clear-out at a commercial property in Manly Vale for one of Sydney’s longest-established commercial agencies, founded in Parramatta in 1966.

Site labour support on a residential building project in Elizabeth Bay.

Our second Plus Fitness club. The tenancy is being stripped out and the old floor broken up and cleared, ready for the new gym fit-out. The full write-up will follow when we hand it back. Until then, here’s the crew at work.
